Refund policy

As all Oak & Rose playhouses are handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has commenced. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@oakandroseplayhouses.co.uk with photographs and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Cancellations may be accepted within 48 hours of placing your order, subject to a review of production status. We take great pride in the quality of every piece we make and will always do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied.
