By placing an order with Oak & Rose, you agree to these terms. All playhouses are made to order and production begins following receipt of payment. Lead times will be confirmed at the time of order. Oak & Rose reserves the right to make minor design adjustments where necessary to maintain quality standards. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
